I understand the need to cull inactive accounts, but in this age of cheap storage and on-demand processing resources there just isn't any excuse to rob a customer. By rob of course, I mean remove an account which is in credit (ie that a customer has deposited cash into).
If you have to do it for whatever reason then for crissake try and handle it a little better...
